Every purchase carries a 14-day refund window from the date of payment. That applies to Exam Passes, monthly plans, annual plans, and Lifetime alike. Refunds go back to the original payment method and normally appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Access to the refunded trade ends when the refund is issued. Your study progress is not deleted — it stays on your account, so if you come back later you pick up where you left off. You can also export it yourself at any time from the Backup & restore panel on any bench.
Cancel any time from your account page. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access to the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, but if you cancel within a few days of a renewal you did not intend, email us — we would rather refund it than have you feel cheated.
Exam Pass plans run 120 days specifically so that one retake fits inside the window. If your exam falls outside your remaining access and you have not passed yet, email us with your test date and we will extend your access at no charge. We would rather have you pass than have your money.
Refunds may be declined in the rare cases of credential sharing, bulk downloading or scraping the question bank, repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account, or purchases made with a comp code (nothing was paid). Bulk and crew purchases made under an invoice are handled by the terms of that invoice.
Please email us before disputing a charge with your bank — a refund is faster than a chargeback and costs us both less hassle. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until it is resolved.
Email from the address on your account, or from any address if you include your username. Say “refund” and the trade. That is the whole process.
