These terms govern your use of Apollo Trade Prep at study.apollo502.com (the “Service”), operated by Apollo Projects LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Apollo Trade Prep is independent study material for trade licensing examinations. It consists of practice questions, explanations, flashcards, calculators, simulated exams, printable materials, and progress tracking.
We are not a licensing authority and not affiliated with one. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or a publisher for the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction, PSI, PROV, the International Code Council, the National Fire Protection Association, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, or any other examining or licensing body. Trademarks and code designations are referenced for identification only.
We do not guarantee that you will pass any examination, obtain any license, or achieve any particular score. Licensing outcomes depend on your own preparation and on the requirements of the relevant authority.
Content is provided for study purposes only. It is not legal, engineering, or code-compliance advice, and it must not be relied on to perform work. The adopted code, the applicable statutes and regulations, and the authority having jurisdiction govern actual installations. Verify current examination requirements, fees, and deadlines directly with the relevant licensing authority. We make reasonable efforts at accuracy and currency but do not warrant that content is error-free or reflects the most recently adopted edition of any code.
You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for one person. Sharing credentials, or accessing the Service through someone else's account, is a breach of these terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are shared, resold, or used to scrape or republish content.
Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. Where applicable tax is due, it is calculated and displayed before you pay.
Payment processing, when card payment is available, is handled by Stripe, Inc. under its own terms. We do not receive or store your full card number.
See our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation while your access is active. You may print materials the Service offers for printing, for your own use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, publish, scrape, bulk-download, feed into a machine-learning system, or otherwise redistribute the question bank or any other content. All content remains our property or that of our licensors.
Do not attempt to defeat access controls, probe or disrupt the Service, use automated tools to extract content, or use the Service unlawfully. We may suspend access for conduct that threatens the Service or other users.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may modify, add, or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service entirely while you hold paid access, we will refund the unused portion of any one-time plan on a pro-rata basis and cancel active subscriptions.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost income, lost licensure opportunity, or examination fees. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is so, these limits apply only as far as permitted.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms. Sections 2, 3, 7, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
