Which plan should I buy?

If you have an exam date, buy the Exam Pass — 120 days is enough to study, sit, and retake if it comes to that. If you are an apprentice on a longer runway, the annual is cheaper per month. Take the monthly only if you want to try a full bench for a few weeks.

Do subscriptions renew automatically?

Monthly and annual plans renew until you cancel. Exam Passes and Lifetime do not renew — they are one payment. You can cancel any time from your account page and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

What is your refund policy?

14 days from purchase, for any reason. See the refund policy.

Do you charge sales tax?

Where tax on digital goods applies, it is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
